Cover your feet with a warm, dry towel for thirty minutes. Use the spray morning and night. The course of medication is two weeks, but if the fungal infection has reached a severe stage, it may take longer to fully cure.For prevention purposes, the spray can be applied to skin and nails before going to public places such as bathrooms, swimming pools, gyms and beaches.
